WELCOME TO #ZENKAICHI!

Welcome to #ZENKAICHI, a group within the Twitter role-playing scene that's focused on any and everything DRAGON BALL! The goal of this community is to bring writers within the #DBRP verse together into one designated, diverse, and heavily active place to explore different styles of writing, support each other's ideas when it comes to story-building / character development, and to overall lift fellow Dragon Ball writers up in hopes of keeping the verse consistent and blooming with activity and opportunities for those interested! We are very OC-friendly, have an active and diverse admin team, and are opened to plotting stories involving fights, tournaments, slice-of-life, holiday/seasonal events, etc.! As we continue to build our community, we do hope you find #ZENKAICHI to be a place where you can call a shelter / safe space for your writing endeavors!

#1). Unfortunately, writers under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from #ZENKAICHI.
After much consideration between admins, it's been decided that some topics within the group (story-wise and OOC) may be too mature / not-so minor friendly. It's nothing personal towards our younger writers within the community, it's strictly for safety and comfortability reasons!
#2). Respect & treat other writers kindly.
A pretty self-explanatory rule. Treat others the way you would like to be treated. Any topic / conversation needs to remain civil within group chats. Do not overstep boundaries with other writers and make sure you make it known if you aren't comfortable with something. Please contact admins if there's issues within the group regarding members and their behavior so it can be addressed accordingly.
#3). Drama is 100% unacceptable.
Whether it's within group chats associated with #ZENKAICHI, the Discord server for the community, or anything related, we do not tolerate drama. Please refrain from gossiping, harassment / bullying, or sharing anything in similarity within #ZENKAICHI grounds. Any serious allegations against a member has to be messaged PRIVATELY to admins (along with actual proof) in order for proper removal protocol to be enforced.
#4). There will be two separate group chats.
There will be a group chat for chatting / plotting amongst members, and another group chat strictly for supporting posts of other members. Please use each group chat as intended, and do your best in supporting all fellow member's posts. Favoritism will not be normalized within this group. We will be making separate designated group chats for member who are plotting with certain people!
#5). OC writers will require a character background in order to join.
As we are inclusive to writers with their own original characters within the Dragon Ball community, we do feel it's important for those who plan on joining to have some sort of character information available for members to grasp an idea of who your character is, especially for OCs that are interested in being apart of stories that may involve fight plots. Admins will be looking for character information before admission.
#6). Closed mouths don't get fed.
Do not expect things to be in motion with your own personal ideas / development if you don't speak up and make an effort to involve yourself. If you are afraid to reach out or have trouble with group settings, #ZENKAICHI is not the group for you.

#1). RESPONSE TIME LIMIT.
When it comes to storylines, you have four days max to reply to plots such as fights, tournaments, or anything relating. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH ADMINS AND YOUR WRITING PARTNER(S) IF YOU MAY NEED MORE TIME. When it comes to events and contests, those are optional to participate in, but always recommended to be involved with!
#2). Support your fellow writer's posts!
Support will always be the biggest factor in keeping a community afloat. Make sure you are supporting other members' posts, whether it's with likes, retweets, and/or direct interaction. Let's do our best to not pick and choose certain writers within the group to support.
#3). More involvement = More opportunities.
Opportunities will not just be handed out to anyone within this group when it comes to story-based plots. If you actively show that you have been participating in stories, whether it be side quests, small parts, etc., you will more than likely be considered for bigger parts in storylines / events.
#4). TALK to your writing partners when it comes to plotting things out.
When having parts in a storyline, anyone that you may have as a writing partner for said story, make sure you communicate with them. If it's a fight, come to an agreement about the ending. If it's things going on preventing you from responding in a timely manner, try your best to not only communicate with admins, but to, most importantly, communicate with your specific writing partner(s). Communication is always keep for things to run smoothly.
5). If you're not sure about something, ASK AN ADMIN.
If there's any confusion about stories going on or if you feel as if you need a refresher coarse on what the current events are, please don't hesitate to contact an admin so that they can help you out catching up!
6). Be respectful with writers' various character developments.
Some writers may have developed their specific muses in different ways that they may or may not want to apply within certain stories. Be respectful and keep any conversation about power-scaling civil. This is where we heavily advise writers to communicate with their specific writing partners for certain stories to prevent any issues during plots.
